Akiera Lightsey Sylvain is the CEO of No Stress No Mess Cleaning Services d/b/a Subcontracting System Solutions . Akiera has 10+ years in residential commercial and residential facility maintenance. Akiera founded NSNMCS in 2014 growing the company from a part time two man  residential company to a successful fully staffed commercial facility maintenance company. NSNMCS is a certified by the state of Florida as a Women and Minority Business.NSNMCS has become a recognized as a stellar quality janitorial and facility management service through the southern region of United States.

Akiera currently presides over all aspects of the company and still doesn't mind using the philosophy growing the company takes a team starting with the bottom up. She still engages with her teams monthly to ensure trainings and updated cleaning practices are being put in place. Akiera continues to emphasize to her company-wide focus is for customer service and operational excellence. Akiera leads the senior management team as  NSNMCS continues to grow, expand and accomplish long term and short term goals.

Prior to the start of NSNMCS, Akiera earned a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. Akiera has worked in many different sectors such as: government, security, financial, marketing, public relations, hospitality,medical and drug & recovery. With her previous experiences it has given her the acquired skill set and knowledge when working in many different arenas.

Th'Andre Lightsey is the Area Manager for No Stress No Mess Cleaning Services. Since joining our team since 2014, Th'Andre has become an asset to the growth and development of NSNMCS. Th'Andre is engaged end involved with all aspects of NSNMCS.  His primary focus is on operations and business development.

Th'Andre spent the past 30 years of his career in various leadership positions providing financial, business administration, janitorial, hospitality and security services to commercial industries.

Prior to his career, Th'Andre earned his Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Palm Beach State College.

Jasmine Alexander is the Area Supervisor for No Stress No Mess Cleaning Services in the Northern Region. Jasmine primary responsibility is for management and supervision to all staff  daytime and night staff in the northern region which consist of operational leadership, strategic planning and development, customer relations, quality assurance and training development for all of the account supervisors.

Jasmine comes with over 10 years of both residential and commercial cleaning experience. Jasmine has dedicated her career serving NSNMCS since the start of NSNMCS. She started off as a day time cleaner and moved her way to Area Manager Supervisor.

Janie Martinez is the Area Supervisor for No Stress No Mess Cleaning Services in the Southern Region.  Janie primary responsibility is for management and supervision to all staff daytime and night staff in the northern region which consist of operational leadership, strategic planning and development, customer relations, quality assurance and training development for all of the account supervisors.

Janie comes with over 20 years of both residential and commercial cleaning experience. She started off as a night time cleaner and office assistant. Janie has continued to move and grow within NSNMCS.

Amira Baker is the Office Manager for No Stress No Mess Cleaning Services in the Southern Region.  Amira primary responsibility is for management and supervision to all staff. She serves both northern and southern region.

Amira comes with over 15 years of office management, customer service and leadership. office assistant. Janie has continued to move and grow within NSNMCS.
